According to the NAACP and the Supreme Court, why were "separate but equal" schools unfair?
-Children in rural areas did not have the same access to education.
-Children in urban areas went to schools that were in poor condition.
-The schools were never truly equal and did not have equal facilities.
-The schools were never truly separate or divided in a clear way.
