Does anyone know what the meaning of this imagine is?

Ok so please tell me if I’m wrong
But this is what I think it means
So this is what I think is called Propaganda!
Which is like an old version of an Ad!

So this is saying that your not a true American if you don’t help fight against Hitler!
So if you look closely, the bird is wearing and American flagged hat.
And it’s saying you are week if you don’t have the guts to help fight against Hitler.
So the purpose of this poster is to convince people to join the war and help fight against Germany!
And since this looks like an ad for America at the time, I’m guessing this purpose was to persuade those to join against Hitler in WW2!
This is just what I think anyways by using the information in the picture.
