How was the agrarian economy of rome structured? a. the roman government confiscated land from the aristocrats and handed it out to poor farmers. b. patricians owned most of the land and either rented plots of land for plebeians to farm, or had slaves farm the land. c. a few rich patricians owned all of the agricultural land and worked it themselves to secure a profit. d. there was no concept of land ownership, so romans farmed wherever they could find fertile soil.
