Cuba was a revisionist, anti-communist neo-colony of the Soviet Union. Today it is still revisionist and anti-communist. The 1959 Revolution was not a communist revolution. Fidel Castro regularly denounced communism throughout the revolution. There was no set communist goals made by the adventurist focoists that initiated the revolution either.
