Describe the 10 amendment in your own words

The ten amendments are the bill of rights. The bill of rights was created in 1791, which was 15 years after the United States became a country. It is important that government and legality is created and reinforced for every country. It is the law and order that regulates decency and the expectations of civil society. Included within the bill of rights is the freedom of speech, religion, press and the right to a speedy trial under a jury, etc,
