What parts of the economy should the socialist government control?

- Ownership of resource

Socialist government allows ownership of the resources, but it will be kept to something that we consume/use directly (food , clothing, shelter)

Resources such as land, electricity, water, and other things that is used by the mass will be controlled by the government.

- Resource allocation

In pure socialist country, the government will determine the type of goods/services produced by the country. The citizens do not have the options to pursue their own interest and have to adapt to the government's decision

- Wealth distribution

People's chance to obtain additional gain for their income tend to be limited. Pure socialist government tend to equalize the income received by the people. This can be a double edged sword . On one hand , this will eliminate disparity between social classes. On the other hand, this system will provide no incentives for the people who wants to work harder.

- Welfare

Things such as health insurance and food coupons will be nationalized in a pure socialist country, Private insurance company wouldn't exist, and people in the country will receive the same type of health care.

the topic i chose to write about was " why scuba diving is so popular". the topic is suitable for the audience because it is the easiest to develop and explain, it can be explained in a simpler more conversational manner, it does not require the use of too many technical words, and the final reason for selecting this topic is that it is the one most people can relate to, you might not know too much about scuba diving, but you could probably agree that it is very popular. the purpose of the writing about this topic is to convince more people about the benefits both for the body and the mind that   scuba diving can have on a person. it can you keep fit since it requires a lot of energy when swimming underwater; it also you relax because you forget about the world when you are underwater being mesmerized by the underwater world. i would write this paper in the summer, a perfect time to give scuba diving a try if a person has not done it yet.
