in the video, it is stated that some states provide compensation to the wrongfully convicted. why do you think certain states pay for each year someone was wrongfully incarcerated?
why do you think some states choose not to compensate people who were wrongfully convicted?
from what you have learned about the judicial system, why are the states allowed to have differences in laws when it comes to:
compensating the wrongfully convicted or not compensating the wrongfully convicted
compensation amounts for the wrongfully convicted
do you think the wrongfully convicted should receive compensation after being released from jail/prison? why or why not?
do you think the wrongfully convicted should receive the same assistance that paroles are granted such as finding houses/jobs to them back into society? why or why not? 1. describe the case and the side that you choose to pick jurors for.

2. what factors influenced your decisions about which jurors to keep or pass on? describe at least one juror that you selected and one that you put back into the jury pool to illustrate your points.
