His laws were centering around the welfare of the poor and the less wealthy. He also made a hardest move in removing the vested interest of the bureaucracy. He also became familiar construction of public works and unified the provinces, he passed many laws to abolish bribery and corruption in his rule. he also passed land reforms which benefited the poor to own land which earned them livelihood.
