as you make camp in taghaza, you hear grumblings in the hajj. questions are being asked about the
route taken north. aren't there other ways to get across the sahara? you are both intimidated and fas-
cinated by this town literally made of salt. what do you think of it? how do you feel about the route
the hajj has taken?

answer; i believe that the correct answer is,lies(political rhetoric);

so they can differentiate themselves from others as they saw themselves as the superior race. the star was basically a symbol that meant you are a less of a person than i am because of my race. the star was also degrading for those who had to wear it because they were aware of this and the nazis used the notion to make them feel less like a person.
