Concentration camps in Germany were the place where the Jews were imprisoned and taken to slaughter houses for the purpose of killing under the regime of Hitler and forced relocation camps were in West America where the Americans who were of american origin were forced to relocate from US.

Explanation:

Relocation camps were organised and the Americans who were of Japanese origin were incarcerated under the doubt and suspicion. Their personal properties were seized and they were also oppressed and ill treated. This move was taken by US government in order to retaliate to the pearl harbor attack.

Hitler was against Jews whom he considered to be the most treacherous origin of people in this world and he wanted to wipe away the entire clan of Jews.
