Letter from Birmingham Jail is the letter which is written by Martin Luther King Jr. It is a letter which advocated non violent attitude of his protest against the racial discrimination that oppressed African Americans.

Martin Luther King Jr. addressed the racial disparity that is expressed against African Americans. He says that injustice shown on the basis of ethnicity and skin color are the dark clouds that hide the clarity of purpose. He also advocated that "injustice anywhere is a threat to justice everywhere".
