How would the quakers beliefs go against the aristocracy and royalty, especially in england?

Quakers are the group of people who are called friends and they believed divinity is inherent in every living being. They were helpful in women suffrage movement too.

Out of religious quest George fox, went in an exploration of spirituality by abandoning his homeland and kept talking to many different groups of people about the experience of divinity. He also was involved in epiphanies which enabled him to understand that divinity is not confined in church but is manifested in the hearts of mankind. Quakerism began to spread in a great manner during seventeenth century and the beliefs that men and women were equal could not be accepted by many.
