During franklin d. roosevelt’s first administration, he established the civilian conservation corps (ccc). this served two purposes:
a. to create jobs and build infrastructure.
b. it provided work for unmarried men between the ages of eighteen and twenty-five who’s families were on relief.
c. these men typically lived in camps that they themselves built.
d. they surveyed land, built roads and trails, and constructed water systems.
e. much of the infrastructure and many of the buildings in national parks were constructed by them.
