How does having a strong functioning systems of courts preserve and establish freedom

In order for the courts of justice to function well and preserve the freedom of the people, they must have clear rules based on constitutional, civil, penalty and administrative law, be able to function independently and have equality with the organs of legislative and executive power.

also to be able to choose its high officials in a clear and transparent way, that does not produce corruption, in turn have an organization that manages justice resources with transparency and that can be evaluated and audited by society.
