One branch Congress was the first national legislative established by the articles of confederation (first constitution of US). It was an agreement among the thirteen states of the United States.  The article of constitution into force on 15 November, 1777 and later sent to state for corrections. The Article of Constitution had many strengths points which are as follows;

2.It had the power to pass laws that affected all states
