in my opinion, the Court's decision is a step in the right direction. Just as people are ensured the freedom of speech, organizations should be also. This decision also decreases the likelihood of Congress passing legislation that restricts freedom of speech in any way that could impede on private rights. All in all the Court interpreted the Constitution well in this cas and acted in the most appropriate and legitimate manner. This case and the final ruling will shed deeper insight on the true extent to which freedom of speech is assured to citizens of the nation
