Hitler and the Nazi party did their absolute best to ensure no one know about the horrible acts they where committing towards the Jews. They rarely used notes or wrote anything down, preferring to speak and keeping everything on a need to know biases. We know that Hitler's government seized control of all forms of media, but they most likely never talked about these camps.  Theresienstadt ghetto is an example of the Germans claiming the concentration camps were nothing more than prisons. Here they deceived two Danish officials and one Swiss representative into thinking that the prisons where peaceful and nice. I think the answer is C.
