The propaganda is something that has been used for thousands of years by the humans in order to achieve their goals. It the modern times it has reached new levels as the mass media enabled for the propaganda to be easily spread out over very large masses of people. It has numerous signs by which it can be recognized, with the two easiest and most common being:

- the distortion of information and creating plausible but false picture of the world

By using this method, the information delivered to the people and the false picture of the world, result in filling the people's heads with distorted picture of the world around them. This often leads to confusion.

- presenting events in a black and white manner

By presenting everything in a black and white manner, the people are exposed to two sharp, contrasting views of the events. One of the them is always the good one, and the other one is always the bad or even evil one. This often causes divisions among the people.
