What led to new problems in the years after world war i?

The following are the problems after the World War I:
1) The catastrophe of the U.S. to link the League of Nations
2) France's strict implementation of the Treaty of Versailles (1919)
3) Germany trying to pay the compensations goes to financial crisis -- inflation

(1914- 4.2 marks = 1 USD -- 1923- 4.2 trillion marks = 1 USD)
