There are millions of political bloggers active on the internet is a good thing. The more the better. Finding someone who delivers the news or opinions that you want to hear becomes easier when there are many active voices. Also, it makes the debates richer.

Bloggers work independently or in small groups and can post at any time is also a good thing. Having the news exactly when they occur or having groups that are not necessarily tied to some agenda is a bigger possibility with independent media.
