Explain why not being a good citizen can be harmful to others?

If your not being a good citizen and if you are reckless you can harm others around you causing you to be a dangerous person.

A good citizen is some who is helpful , willing to put others first, respect them.; is a good listener, one that think about what is important to others; loves knowledge as a way of a better understand of the world and is a loving person, who does not like to to harm anyone.
