The America's had generally good soil. Also the more territory owned the more powerful you were. Lastly it was good for agriculture.

i believe the correct answer is option b. most eastern european nations joined nato.

though i could be wrong, option d. the eastern european nations were granted complete independence, would be another choice.

the policy of appeasement influenced the beginning of ww2 because hitler gave the other countrys chocies but after they choose to try and appease hitler to not invade their country but he still invaded them.
