Samurai and knights: did they have more in common or more different

They had more in common than different. The Samurai were "owned" by Damyos, and the Knights were "owned" by Lords. They both fought for there Damyos or Lords, and acted as "mercenaries".

- enforces or carries out laws

- power to veto a bill sent to it by congress

judicial branch:

one of the three branches of government, headed by the chief justice of the supreme court.

- interprets laws

- power to declare laws or actions by the government unconstitutional
