Hammurabi's code had over 250 laws. this is one of them: "if a man builds a house and the house falls down and causes the death of the owner of the house, the builder should be put to death." why would someone say that hammurabi's code is fair? write at least three complete sentences, citing evidence from the code. make sure to explain why an historian would think the code was fair, and why they might say that.
