How did china create stability that allowed for prosperity and continuity over time? ?

well China did lots of things while this but almost everyone talks about The Han Dynasty which allowed China to grow itself in  world power.

that is because lower interest rates allowed people to work harder to make money. it multiplied like that and now the uno(not the game) is very strong.
