If we classify governments according to who can participate in governing, what two forms of government exist?

There is the presidential government, in which the legislative branch and the executive branch are separated, and the parliamentary government, in which both branches are combined.

Presidential and Parliamentary Government are two forms that exist.  

There is the involvement of the presidential government as in which there is existence of legislative branch and so as the executive branch that are separated. There is also the parliamentary government as in which both branches are combined.
