In this case, a system of laws governs the rights and duties of citizens. The opposite of the state of the law is a dictatorial government, in which the civil organization is carried out arbitrarily, around the figure of a dictator.

The absence of the rule of law can affect the life of my country. First example: the law establishes that the police forces must ensure the safety of citizens, but they must also take care of the integrity of the detainees, they can not disappear, anyone, let alone kill them.
