During the mid-nineteenth century, many people became dedicated to the causes of women’s rights and the abolition of slavery. others, however, opposed these social movements. how do you judge social movements and causes in today’s world? what do you think makes a cause right or wrong? why would you join a social movement? why would you refuse to join a movement?

I do believe that those cases are heavily just.  I do not think some of the modern day resinings is as just, although the BLM movement was well just there was no need to destroy innocent business who had no part in the conflict.  And then in the case of the capitol building, in my own opinion, I would say that that was a mess of broken laws and frankly teririsom against the country that they were fighting to protect.
