Under article ii of the constitution, what age must someone be in order to run for president of the united states?

It reads: "neither shall any person be eligible to that office who shall not have attained to the age of thirty-five years... ." It doesn't say if a person can be under thirty-five and run for the office of president. When you get a definitive, please leave me a comment.
