Deviation from normality is basically dictated by society.  Anything that deviates from the norm (normal) would be considered abnormal. Adjustment is how we adapt to situations and our environment; we learn to adapt as it changes by balancing our needs and conflictions of needs and obstacles in our environment. Psychological health would be of sound mind; it's your mental health and well being and of course the absence of mental illness.  Functioning at a satisfactory level of behavioral and emotional adjustments.
