Hury plz i wll give branliest and 50 ! remembering the steps that the american heart association recommends for saying no to cigarettes, which one of these will you use if you are faced with peer pressure to smoke? which one of these will you use if you are faced with peer pressure to drink, or take drugs? explain the method you will use and why you chose it.

I would personaly walk away or say no and not let them trick me into doing it.that's your answer for the first question .if you get into peer pressure to take drugs or drink and you have said no already I would go get a guardian or some one your with and tell them or if your stranded give them a piece of your mind .I choose this method because I been through peer pressure myself  .so there is my best answer I can think of to answer your answer.

If some one peer pressured me i would probably get out of there as fast as i can and tell some one to try to help you  if you wanted to try it  and i wouldn't do drugs or smoke or drink if you do drink just drink like 1 shot or 2 and leave it as that so you wont go home drunk or go out with friends and they leave u there drunk and alone.

Subtract your 2-minute  heart rate  from the  heart rate you took immediately after exercising. the faster your heart rate  recovers the fitter and healthier your  heart.
