This is more of a personal question than academic: is it better to nap directly after school before doing homework and staying up late, or is it best to do your homework first and go to sleep late but have some procrastination time?

Depends on you really and how much discipline you have. I defs needed a short break after school to rest, but if I left it to long before getting into homework I’d end up procrastinating the whole afternoon and watching Netflix and stuff. So if you’re usually a procrastinator try your best to just it over and done with, and then relax for as long as you like afterwards. :)
