Adialogue about the benefits of balanced diet

A balanced diet can bring more energy, weight loss, and just a healthy mind and body system. If you have a balanced diet you are less likely to get diabetes and even sometimes have heart issues. A balanced diet gives you a lot more energy and in my opinion gives you a better mind because ever since i went on a balanced diet all of those things have happened.
