Most likely, his diet became much better than normal. He probably eats more fruits, vegetables, and white meat. The reason as to why he has lost a lot of weight is because his diet allows him to shed off those extra calories and sugars in the body that he probably carried before his health improvement. He is also probably feeling more energetic because the food that he eats gives him more nutrition instead of just empty calories. Also, the junk food that he used to eat will not produce toxins in his intestine anymore
