What are some of the things that you can research and do to assist you with your transition from the entry level position to a more advanced position

Transitioning from an entry level position to a higher post doesn't happen in a snap. However, you will eventually get there once you consistently show an outstanding performance in your job. Getting certifications related to your field might also help. Research on what types of certifications you can further take. 

Also, you have to at least have an idea on what your company regulations are, so you can easily climb up the corporate ladder in the company of your choice. 

Making sure the equipment is cleaned daily and insuring proper hygiene is kept up with the working staff.
