The best way to regulate your eating habits is:

❅☃ Minimize the food you eat
❅☃ If it takes that, get rid of any unhealthy and unnexxasary food.
❅☃ Stick to a plan, and if needed, a diet.
❅☃ Even if you do not like it, force yourself into eating more healthy. (I had to do that myself and it worked.) :)
