Compare and contrast mental health and emotional health

Waow that's a big subject, I'll give it my best shot

So mental health is where your brain itself is in a fit state. Having a mental illness isn't being sick, it's your brain not working the way it should. Things like Alzheimers and Autism, (simply examples, I know they are not alike) are mental illnesses. These people can still be happy, even though they are not like other people, so it has nothing to do with emotional health.

Emotional health however, has nothing to do with your mind. Depression is an example of being emotionally unhealthy. Lots of people get depression from spending too much time on devices, and that makes you emotionally unhealthy. People who think perfectly fine and have average or above average intelligence can be extremely unhealthy emotionally.
