What are negative consequences that can result from being over stressed?

There are a lot. Ranging from head aches and mood swings up to depression, heart problems and obesity. This article may help, but if it is you who I stressing I would advise you not to worry I know whatever you're going through may seem like a big deal and it may in fact is one. But freaking out about it or stressing yourself out won't make it go away and it sure won't help it. So instead of making things worse by staying in the present try to stay positive and think about the future. Talk to someone you trust about what you're going through it should help
