let say you weigh between 118-120 pounds. your parents noticed you have gained weight and they take you to a doctor saying you've gained 13 pounds in 3 months. you do sports and you know you'll loose weight. now your parents are strict and they take away food. you can't even eat bread . now they get a padlock for you fridge and freezer. lock for your pantry. what do you do? full paragraph ! : )

I do the workout and sports required. Cutting on food is a difficult thing, so I cut the fat-containing food like cheese from my diet for a few months. Suddenly altering my diet is not possible, so I stop eating unhealthy food one by one. I talk to my parents about it and make them understand. If I lose a fixed amount of weight in a week I reward myself with a cheeseburger at the end of the week, and then start working on my diet plan again, feeling motivated.

Breastfeeding should last for 12 months.
