Adolescence can be stressful because adolescents go through physical, mental, and emotional changes.

Why might adolescence be a stressful time for many teenagers? Well, you start to have responsibilities that adults have such as food, jobs, money, school, as well as getting a house.  Love is also a possible stressing point, you have anxiety about being alone for the rest of your being. Many teenagers can't handle the stress and turn to drugs, alcohol, suicide, and many other ways of coping.
