Three keys to good health are a balanced diet, frequent exercise, and no smoking. A balanced diet will give you the nutrients you need to stay healthy, frequent exercise will keep your body in shape, and by not smoking, you're preventing yourself from becoming susceptible to certain sicknesses (i.e. lung cancer).
