What are components of health realted fitness and explain what each of them mean'?

They are heart and lung endurance or cardiovascular endurance, muscular strength, muscular endurance, flexibility, and body composition.
Muscular Strength is the amount of force you can put forth with your muscles. It is often measured by how much weight you can lift.
Flexibility is the ability to use your joints fully.
Heart and lung endurance or cardiovascular endurance is the ability to exercise the entire body for long periods of time. 
Body Composition is the percentage of body weight that is fat compared to other body tissue, such as bone and muscle.
Muscular Endurance is the ability to use the muscles, which are attached to the bones, many times without getting tired. 

1.)dr. natterson- horowitz came to realize that their isn't much of a difference between animals and humans. just like humans, animals can suffer from illnesses and diseases like breast cancer, self injury, anxiety, and many more. she also discovered how they even treated and performed surgical procedures on animals just as if the animal it self were human. the los angeles zoo called dr. natterson- horowitz because they knew that she was a doctor and that  she would be able to recognize what was wrong with the gorilla. they knew that humans and gorillas were similar, so instead of calling another veterinarian, they called a doctor.
