It might be said that maintaining a healthy weight comes down to moderation and size of the portions. Sometimes it is not a questions of calories, we need to eat being conscious about what we are eating.  If we reduce the amount of food but we eat what we liked we are going to be healthier and enjoy eating a bit more. if we would like to eat, for example , pizza we can do it, but just 2 or 3 slices depending on our body and our physical activity. Moderation and portions are key concepts for a healthy diet.
