When should standard precautions be used by healthcare workers caring for patients?

Standard Precautions should ALWAYS be used when working with a patient, when some sort of contact with the patient is being done. If examination and skin-to-skin contact happens you should always wear gloves at the minimum. 

People need to distract themselves with actitives. they can also find a natural high. an example would be eating alot of meat. that meat can release dopamine to the brain which gives one a natural high feeling.
