How can the community reduce violence?

you canot reduce violence humans were monkeys one time the reason why we fight and attck is because we still have animal instincts  this also inculdes angry people who say no fighting are use rage which is a animal instinct  from cave man

the community ( people in general) can reduce violence by coming together and working as one. If we all put our differences aside and became less selfish a lot of our ( minor or sever) problems l assume would be solved or close to solving.
