Yes it is normal for a healthy 12 year old to way at-least 96 pounds that is the age you normally start maturing and gain weight for different body parts of both genders female 12 year old girls weigh about 100-102 and thats fine most of the time guys at that same age way less though then girls because girls are maturing more in there areas or at-least some girls who start around that age its also pretty healthy to way in the 80’s to 70’s to based off if your eating healthy and staying on-top of it sometimes its with genes to weighing 100 can be seen as skinny for a 12 year old as long as your healthy and happy with your body.
