(not a professional here) try this trick where you put a cloth over your scalp then a hot glass of water and balance on the towel. let it rest there for a couple of minutes. you should see small water bubbles form in the glass of water, this means it's working. you could also lay down and take a nap, take some tyenol, or massage it. :)
