Either digitally or on paper (much like the ones you would see at a doctor’s office), create an informational brochure that provides reliable and helpful information on the health concern, including how the disease/disorder is diagnosed and treated. Use the front of the brochure to try to grab the attention of a reader. Towards the back, note websites and resources where they can go to learn more about the disease/disorder, and in a small note, include a reason why more than one resource is recommended to gather more information.
