I cannot sleep after my terrifying eppisode of sleep paralysis and when i do i had a short nightmare. How do i cope with this. how do i make it stop?!?!?!?

While there truly isn’t any cure to make it stop. Trying to have a positive night routine before going to bed may help. Get yourself in a comfortable situation to fall asleep. If you need to sleep with a lamp on or maybe some sound to take away the fear of having another episode then those are always options too.
