What for things are needed for an individual to be healthy?​

Hello there I hope you are having an great day :) What for things are needed for an individual to be healthy? Normally would be that healthy people would do exercise and have a healthy nutritious diet and also a good night sleep. Some people say that it is healthy to take an break on the things that might stress you out and to do something in which you love doing like art and crafts or watching a movie or an tv show or going for a nice walk in the sunshine. for me i have felt invisible when i was clearly struggling,or,i made a great achievement ,and,nobody took to notice me either because they just didn't see it,or,people just turned their back on me.i can see a person being invisible by choice,or,without choice like i did.the people who are invisible by choice don't try to talk to people,don't try to make friends,and,keep to themselves.i haven't been one of those people so i couldn't give you a reason.
